Simplicity Systems software (Sight Survey, Collector Connector, Contour It, LegalEase, Survey 4.0) includes Free (but not Toll-Free) Technical Support.  

 

Other third-party software you may have purchased through Simplicity Systems is supported by the manufacturer of that software.  Click on the links below for contact information.

 

Support Hours           

Technical support is available by telephone at (828) 338-2516, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.  Technical support is also available by sending a detailed e-mail to our support department.   If you are having trouble with a particular job, please include the .zak and .drg files as attachments to your email.

Training

Training is available but it is not free.  If you need more in-depth operational assistance, you may be charged for your support call, or a training session may be arranged.
